Our methodology

Our approach towards treatment through tools such as personalised assessment, manual therapy and exercise prescription. Our method is based on the kinetic chain theory that interlocking joints would create a system that a joint affects movement of other joints within the kinetic chain.

We cultivate within our customers the Qinetic way of life through the education and support of our customers to have and maintain a healthy physical fitness, by helping them understand the cause of their problem and the solutions to solve them.
